Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a curbside order fulfillment associate responsible for fulfilling online curbside orders with fast, friendly service, processing payments and ensuring accurate packing.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of experience in a Meijer store, cashier experience preferred, and strong communication skills with attention to food safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers clearly.
• Cash handling and POS system experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty by providing remarkable service at curbside with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Deliver courteous, friendly service in person and over the phone; respond to questions and needs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly by escalating to leadership when needed.
• Receive dashboard orders and fulfill daily curbside tasks.
