Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, delivering a smooth, friendly pickup experience. You will help with accurate order fulfillment, greet customers, and maintain relationships with store leadership and teammates.

The role emphasizes service mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability to learn new technologies while supporting a fast-paced curbside operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
