Meijer Inc. is hiring for a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy. You will provide courteous curbside service at the pickup area and assist customers both in person and by phone.

This role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, payment collection, and a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or cashier experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly to support curbside orders.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide curbside service at the Meijer pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone, responding to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership across the store.
• Receive daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using proper bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
