Job summary

Meijer is seeking a part-time Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and provide a smooth pickup experience. You will greet customers, verify items, and collect payment at the curbside pickup area. The role requires attention to detail and a friendly, efficient service mindset.

You will coordinate with store leadership to resolve issues, manage daily workflows, and maintain a clean curbside area. Prior retail/online ordering experience is a plus; training provided.Weekend availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• Past retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone, addressing questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by coordinating with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
