Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and provide a seamless pickup experience. You will greet customers, verify items, and ensure accurate order fulfillment at the curbside pickup area.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, detail orientation, and comfort with learning new technologies and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset essential.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills customer online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Creates a smooth pickup experience at the curbside pickup area.
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a courteous, friendly attitude.
