Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with ability to follow procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously in person and over the phone; respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Fulfill orders quickly by selecting items, scanning/verifying products, and bagging.
• Store and stage orders correctly following food safety guidelines.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
