Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, or general labor.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Willingness to help in various areas beyond grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to travel to other properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and trash removal throughout the community.
• Inspect property daily to keep areas clean and orderly.
