Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments in Southfield, MI is seeking a full-time manual labor team member to support grounds, janitorial, and maintenance tasks across communities. You will perform daily cleaning, inspect property conditions, and assist across departments as needed. On-site role with opportunities for monthly bonuses based on performance.

Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Training provided; growth opportunities within our multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• Physical: ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile.
• Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
• Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community.
• Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly.
