Curacao Anaheim is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This seasonal, full-time position focuses on delivering a frictionless discovery and sales process, ensuring customers get the right products with financing options.

You will act as the primary Curacao representative, assist in merchandising, greet customers warmly, and guide them through available technologies and fashion in your department.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Resourceful and diligent at completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative sales solutions based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Be attentive to customers, listen to needs and interests.
• Guide customers through technologies, styles and fashions in your department.
• Stay updated on products and technologies through trainings and independent research.
• Maintain warranties and services information for customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues in collaboration with your manager.

• Assist with store operations and restocking as needed.
