Job summary

Curacao Northridge in Los Angeles is seeking a Mobility Sales Associate to help customers discover and purchase the right technology and financing options with a smile. As the store’s frontline representative, you will greet customers, listen to their needs, guide them through products, maintain displays, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Build solutions for customers in your department through a consultative sales process that focuses on each customer’s specific needs and your knowledge of products and trends.
• Be attentive to customers by listening to each customer’s needs, concerns and interests.
• Spark the customer’s imagination by guiding them through potential technologies, styles and fashions available in your department.
• Maintain your area’s merchandising and inventory display standards and keep the area clean.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly greeting whenever they walk within feet of you.
• Demonstrate a Customer Centric attitude by always greeting and serving customers in an engaging and friendly manner and solving for each customer’s unique need.
