Veriipro is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Specialist to lead configuration and optimization for cardiology services in a US/Florida setting. You will drive deployments across full Epic projects, configure departments and workflows, and collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions.

The role demands 5+ years with Epic Cupid, current Cupid certification, and deep cardiology workflow expertise.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic Cupid build and configuration experience.
• Current Epic Cupid certification.
• Experience with full Epic implementations, rebuilds, acquisitions, or system conversions.
• Strong experience configuring departments, facilities, providers, and clinical workflows.
• In-depth understanding of cardiology and cardiovascular procedural workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Epic Cupid configuration, development, and optimization to support cardiology and cardiovascular services.
• Support full Epic implementations, system rebuilds, acquisitions, conversions, and related application transformation projects.
• Configure and maintain departments, facilities, providers, and clinical workflows within Epic Cupid.
• Analyze cardiology procedural workflows and translate clinical and operational requirements into effective system configurations.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, application analysts, and project leadership to gather requirements and resolve workflow issues.
• Perform system testing, workflow validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure solution quality.
• Support application upgrades, workflow enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop configuration documentation, workflow specifications, and training materials as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams throughout implementation and post-deployment support.
