Job summary

Seda North America is seeking a Cup Forming Operator for the 3rd shift in Mount Pleasant, WI to join our manufacturing team. You will keep machines supplied, perform routine quality checks, and record production data to ensure smooth operations.

Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $2 per hour shift premium, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and PTO, as well as education assistance and on‑the‑job

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification is a plus.
• Quality checks every 30 minutes are expected.
• Record and maintain production data accurately.
• Report manufacturing problems promptly when they occur.

Specific Duties:

• Keep machines supplied with materials (paper, labels, boxes, etc)
• Carry out quality checks every 30 minutes
• Use of pushcarts or pallet jacks as needed
• Record and maintain data related to production
• Report manufacturing problems if they occur

Qualifications/ Physical Demands

• Prior machine operating and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
