The role requires operating machinery, maintaining data records, and meeting customer standards. On-the-job training is provided; growth from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep machines supplied with materials and perform quality checks every 30 minutes.
• Record and maintain data related to production.
• Report manufacturing problems promptly.
• Operate pushcarts or pallet jacks as needed.
