GENERAL DUTIES
The CUNY Office Assistant, Level 1 (Provisional), performs clerical and administrative tasks in various units of LaGuardia Community College under supervision. Responsibilities include:
Assignment Level 4 involves more complex office work, supervision, and administrative responsibilities, including training staff and developing systems.
The role reports to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and requires maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. It involves routine clerical duties, data management, and customer service within the college setting.
