Job summary

Culver's is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Closer (Full-Time) to run the dinner rush and close our kitchen each night. Pay ranges from $13–$16/hr with weekly pay; full-time roles start at $13/hr, and closers earn extra pay for closing, peak, and weekend shifts, plus raises every 90 days for 18 months.

Typical schedule is 3:00 PM to close, 4–5 nights a week, including weekends. Part-time closing shifts are also available.

Qualifications

• Dependable with late shifts and dinner rush coverage.
• Kitchen/closing experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• 18+ years old for late-night hours.

Responsibilities

• Cook made-to-order meals.
• Keep your station clean, stocked and food-safe.
• Close the kitchen properly at the end of the night.

Pay: $13–$16/hr · Weekly pay, Schedule: 3:00 PM – close (about 11:30 PM weeknights, 12:30 AM Fri/Sat)

Like working evenings? Run our kitchen through the dinner rush and close it down right, so everything is clean, stocked and ready for tomorrow!

Pay Full-time starts at $13/hr. Closing, peak-hour and weekend shifts earn extra, and you get raises every 90 days for your first 18 months. That's how our closers reach the top of the range!

Schedule 3:00 PM to close, 4–5 nights a week, including weekends
