Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading or participating in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to integrate culture into talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for employee development.
• Strong understanding of organizational culture, leadership development, and change management.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and promote an organizational culture vision and core values.
• Lead recruitment to attract talent aligned with culture and values.
• Design and implement programs to enhance engagement, morale, and productivity.
• Develop and deliver leadership development and training initiatives.
• Support change management to maintain a stable work environment during transitions.
• Promote DEI in hiring and day-to-day operations.
• Track KPIs and gather feedback on cultural initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and communications for cultural consistency.
