Job summary

You will partner with leadership to align talent strategies with business goals, design development initiatives, implement DEI practices, and measure impact through KPIs. This role reports to the VP of HR and requires up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Recruitment, or Training, with focus on cultural alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and Promote Organizational Culture: develop and communicate a clear culture vision.
• Lead recruitment to align with culture and values; create culture-fit criteria.
• Design programs to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Develop and deliver training for leadership development and cultural competence.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and communications to ensure cultural consistency.
