Job summary

Sonatype, a leader in software supply chain security, seeks a Culture & Engagement Partner to strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience globally. You'll partner with People leaders, managers, Communications, and Talent Acquisition to design, implement, and scale initiatives that reinforce mission, values, and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Organization Development, Talent Management, HR Programs, Internal Communications.
• Experience supporting employee engagement surveys, listening programs, action planning, and organizational feedback initiatives.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across global organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culture and engagement assessments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across teams, functions, and regions.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback using surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, eNPS, and listening sessions.
• Translate sentiment into actionable recommendations for leaders and People stakeholders.
• Build dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to support data-informed decisions.
• Monitor engagement and employee experience indicators to identify morale and leadership issues.
• Partner with leaders to design and scale culture, engagement, and employee experience programs.
• Coordinate change management activities including communications and adoption efforts.
