Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading across multiple HR disciplines (talent management, employee relations, benefits, org development, culture).
• Advising senior leaders and translating business priorities into people strategies.
• Experience with employment law and sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People & Culture function, shaping strategy and execution across operations, talent, benefits and HRIS.
• Partner with executives to identify leadership readiness, critical roles and future capability needs.
• Drive culture, leadership development, succession planning and career pathways across the organization.
• Oversee budgeting for People & Culture and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Coach leaders to create inclusive, high-performing teams and strengthen employee experience.
