Job summary

Riley Construction is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. The PM will lead teams, manage documentation, and collaborate with clients to implement necessary modifications.

The ideal candidate has a construction management background, 3–5 years of project leadership experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Viewpoint, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar discipline required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial construction experience at the Project Manager level.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Viewpoint and Procore preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently is a must.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, schedule, and budget; develop strategy and staffing as needed.
• Oversee construction activities from start to finish to meet goals and budgets.
• Coordinate with Architects/Engineers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Lead meetings, manage documentation, and track risks and change orders.
