Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in archaeology, anthropology, history, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years archaeology experience (field surveys, reports, and agency coordination).
• At least 2 years in environmental consulting or agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, and Section 106 compliance.
• Experience with northern and central California prehistoric and historic archaeology.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) or ability to obtain.

Day in the Life

As a Cultural Resources Project Manager, your day may begin with coordinating field survey logistics, followed by reviewing archaeological findings or preparing technical reports.
