Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Lab Curation Manager/Report Coordinator for the Mountain Region Cultural Resources Group. The role involves overseeing projects across multiple states, mentoring senior staff, coordinating with field crews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements include a graduate degree in Anthropology or Archaeology and 6+ years in cultural resources, with strong proposal and client-facing skills. Travel to field sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology or closely related field required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in cultural resources field projects.
• Ability to lead proposal efforts for new work and conduct client interviews.
• Experience with Section 106 and NEPA studies and tribal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead cultural resources projects and mentor a team of archaeologists.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; review field paperwork and deliverables.
• Coordinate with field crews; ensure safety standards and quality deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and Tribes; manage multiple projects.
