Job summary

High Caliber Organics, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician in Adelanto, CA to care for plants through immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. You will execute cloning, pruning, transplanting, watering, feeding, and environmental control while labeling and tracking plants with METRC tags.

The role requires strict SOP compliance, accurate plant health monitoring, and a team‑oriented attitude. Training and PPE will be provided, and safety and cleanliness are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
• Must comply with state regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn.
• Basic strain and plant structure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Implement cultivation practices as indicated by supervisors.
• Maintain plant health through observation and SOP adherence.
• Ensure accuracy of plant inventory, including strain names and plant tag numbers.
• Perform maintenance, feedings and irrigation per schedule and SOP.
• Prevent contamination with PPE and biological controls as per SOPs.
• Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas.
• Apply pesticides safely after training from Head of Cultivation.
• Record data daily on pesticide applications and scouting findings.
• Address issues with plants and equipment promptly.
• Prepare production areas for harvest and post-harvest duties.
• Maintain plant health and traceability to company quality standards.
• Increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems.
• Maintain organization and sanitary grow conditions.
