Job summary

District Cannabis LLC is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support plant care in our greenhouse operations. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, data logs, and assisting with cloning, transplanting, watering, and feeding processes under SOP guidelines.

You will work closely with the Cultivation Department Head and team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety and HR policies while contributing to a high-production cannabis facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Able to work indoors in greenhouse conditions and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of trays, containers, drainage and fertigation systems.
• Maintain accurate data logs and clean work environment.
• Participate in all grow tasks including cloning, transplanting, watering, feeding, defoliation, and sanitation.
• Follow SOPs and policies and communicate with management.
