Curaleaf in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Cultivation Associate to care for plants through harvest in a controlled operation. The role pays $17.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, documentation, inventory, organization, math and measurement skills. Experience in gardening or harvest work is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Teamwork, reliability and attention to detail essential.
• Documentation, inventory, and organization skills needed.
• Math, measurement, and scale-operation ability required.
• Knowledge of lighting, irrigation, soil, nutrients, horticulture, landscaping, or agriculture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant health and environmental conditions (humidity, temp).
• Assist with irrigation, lighting, and pest/disease checks.
• Maintain clean, sanitized cultivation areas and records.
• Support harvesting, curing, drying, packaging, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
