Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility in Lincoln, IL. The role provides on-site cultivation support for cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens, progressing from clone to vegetative stage.

You will perform cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, and plant care while ensuring compliance with Cresco's production standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, quality control, and efficiency in the production area, and adhering to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of general production experience, preferably regulated for human consumption.
• Strong time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen, or dust.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plant care from clone through vegetative stage.
• Cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work.
• Apply pesticides and fungicides.
• Maintain quality control, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency per state regulations and Cresco standards.
