Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop supports cultivation activities from clone through the vegetative stage, performing cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, and plant care to maintain health and production standards.

The role requires working in indoor greenhouse conditions, adhering to state regulations, and supporting the Cultivation Team Lead with day-to-day tasks while upholding Cresco Labs' standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in general production or equivalent training.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material and related dust.
• Capacity to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens.
• Carry out day-to-day plant care: cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work.
• Apply pesticides and fungicides and maintain quality control and cleanliness in production areas.
