Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop is responsible for providing on-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens.

This role assists the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through the vegetative stage. Main duties include cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work, and applying pesticides and fungicides while upholding Cresco Labs'

Qualifications

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site cultivation support for veg/prop gardens from clone through vegetative stage.
• Carry out day-to-day plant care including cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, pest control.
