Our next Full-Time Cultivation Technician will play a key role in executing crop production tasks in accordance with company SOPs for indoor cultivation. Cultivators handle daily assignments related to the cannabis crop production cycle.
This position is on-site at our Boonton, NJ facility.
Work involves exposure to plant matter, pollen, high/low temperatures, humidity, dust, chemicals, and repetitive movements. Physical requirements include lifting at least 50 lbs, extended periods of standing or walking, and working with hazardous chemicals following safety protocols. PPE and protective gear are mandatory.
