Renew Cannabis Co. in Boonton, NJ seeks a Full-Time Cultivation Technician who will manage crop production tasks according to company SOPs. The role includes monitoring environmental factors, record-keeping, harvesting, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Applicants should be motivated individuals, preferably with horticulture experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and offers a pay rate of $18.50 an hour along with comprehensive health coverage and flexible paid time off.
Our next Full-Time Cultivation Technician will be a key player in executing crop production tasks in a manner that follows the company’s Standard Operating Procedures for indoor cultivation. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks associated with the Cannabis crop production cycle.
You will be challenged to work tactically to ensure complete and on‑time execution of production schedules.
One minute you will be monitoring environmental factors that affect the plants.
The next minute you will be record‑keeping within the state‑mandated electronic tracking system.
And the next minute harvesting the plants and sanitizing the grow rooms.
Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.
This position will be on‑site at our Boonton, NJ facility.
$18.50 - $18.50 an hour

This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.
