  • Conduct precision hand-watering and nutrient delivery protocols in vegetative, mother, and clone rooms, ensuring accurate application per irrigation SOPs
  • Execute plant movements during room transitions and prepare plant material for audits, production milestones, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in daily crop walks, observing plant health, growth progress, and environmental conditions, and document findings accurately

  • Assist in daily equipment maintenance, ensuring proper operation of irrigation, fertigation, and environmental systems, and document maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate calibration records and nutrient logs to support traceability and compliance
  • Interpret irrigation data trends to support crop performance and ensure alignment with SOPs
Integrated Pest Management & Sanitation (15%)

  • Support climate interventions such as airflow and dehumidification adjustments to maintain optimal environmental conditions
  • Maintain sanitation and biosecurity standards to reduce pest and pathogen risk
  • Maintain precise records of all IPM and sanitation activities in full compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Harvest & Turnover (15%)
  • Assist Post-Harvest Team in harvest execution, including plant takedown, staging, drying preparation, and harvest sequencing to meet production KPIs

  • Segregate, document, and manage waste streams according to company and regulatory requirements.
Environmental Monitoring (10%)
  • Manage environmental control systems, monitoring temperature, humidity, and VPD to maintain optimal growing conditions
  • Use soil moisture, EC, and pH probes to measure substrate and solution conditions, interpreting data and logging readings accurately
  • Use environmental data to support decision making to protect plant health and prevent crop stress or pathogen issues
Traceability, Compliance, & Safety (5%)
