Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Full-Time Cultivation Lead for our on-site Waterfall, PA facility. You will support the Cultivation Manager by guiding daily grow-room activities and supervising the cultivation team to ensure efficient, safe operations and strict SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining production schedules, inventory control, and hands-on tasks in the grow area. Must be reliable, with 1–2 years of related experience and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and assist them in processes.
• Knowledge of growing technologies (lights, irrigation, soil, nutrients).
• Strong documentation, inventory, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cultivation processes in the grow rooms.
• Supervise assigned cultivation team members and ensure safety and SOP adherence.
• Maintain crop production schedules and plant inventory.
• Communicate with Cultivation Manager on operational issues.
• Ensure data recording and product tracking compliance.
