Responsibilities
- Perform daily plant care such as cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking and pruning.
- Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
- Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests or disease and remove non-conforming plants.
- Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products and recording inventory.
