Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff or new hires.
• Experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility is preferred.
• 2+ years in a production facility or equivalent experience.
• Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations.
• Computer literacy in Windows software and data systems.
• Knowledge of cannabis policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.
• Serve as a resource on products, policies, and regulations.
• Respond to gardener questions and resolve conflicts.
• Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest techs for compliance.
• Coordinate with the Garden Manager for accurate communications.
