Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a production facility or regulated field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation staff and schedules; manage cultivation processes and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Garden Manager to communicate accurately to cultivation staff.
• Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory, and crop applications.
