Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Sparks, NV is seeking a Cultivation Lead to oversee Cultivation Technicians and one or more cultivation rooms. You will ensure productivity, safety, and quality while following company SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Daily duties include supervising plant work, coordinating schedules, managing light and fertigation, and maintaining seed-to-sale data. The role requires horticulture knowledge, leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Horticulture or related field or 2 years cultivation experience.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Knowledge of large scale cannabis cultivation: nutrients, media, light, temp, airflow.
• Experience with compliance systems.
• Experience directing teams.
• Advanced cannabis plant and genetics knowledge.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local cannabis laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cultivation Technicians to complete duties on schedule.
• Maintain room schedule, manage plant work, lights, and fertigation.
• Enforce safety standards, GMP guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain seed-to-sale data input and routine cleaning tasks.
• Oversee weekly/monthly cultivation activities and IPM measures.
• Follow all safety, security and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist with harvesting and inventory counts as needed.
