Job summary

Aeriz is seeking a full-time Vegetation Technician for our indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. You will help manage the vegetative stage, ensuring plant health and quality while adhering to safety and union guidelines.

Reporting to the Vegetation Lead Technician, you will work on-site in Riverbank, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced cultivation environment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursery room maintenance, watering and fertilizing plants, and transplant.
• Perform plant maintenance including labeling, defoliation, pest and disease control in main veg areas.
• Execute irrigation tasks as directed by lead/manager.
• Move plants in an orderly fashion and space them correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Vegetation Lead Technician.
