Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in our Simsbury, CT facility to contribute to full plant life cycle activities from clone to harvest. You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven cultivation operation, gaining hands-on experience with plant care, environmental monitoring, and inventory control.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and strong documentation skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6am–2:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting is a plus.
• Strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care (cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, pruning) to keep plants healthy.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions and quality goals.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-conforming plants.
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory.
• Support curing by hanging and dry‑racking flowers, monitoring climate, labeling and weighing products.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; stock supplies and sanitize areas.
• Assist during high-demand periods to prepare and package products, including extraction items.
• Follow state regulations and security procedures by labeling plants and entering inventory data.
