Responsibilities

• Supervise cultivation staff and provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly checklists for both cultivation and building maintenance.
• Monitor grow room environments and facility systems, including Priva, Biotherm, and Cravo.
• Perform and oversee cultivation tasks: germinating, cloning, transplanting, soil mixing, feeding, cropping, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate plant inventory and coordinate plant tracking efforts.
• Conduct training for new and existing employees, ensuring proper technique and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with GACP (Good Agricultural and Collection Practices).
• Monitor and perform building maintenance duties, including general repairs, HVAC systems, and other infrastructure needs.
• Identify and address operational issues quickly to avoid downtime.
• Uphold company values and create a positive, productive work environment.

This role ensures standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed, regulatory compliance is maintained, and that both cultivation and facility upkeep run smoothly.
