Job summary

Senior Lifecare and Family Agency LLC is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care to clients in Culpeper, Virginia. Applicants must be available to work in Culpeper.

As a PCA, CNA, or HHA, you will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home while providing companionship and support. We value patience, reliability, punctuality, and a passion for improving lives.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility when necessary.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying living areas, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist clients with transfers and mobility using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
