HHS is seeking a part-time Culinary Team Member at Bon Secours Defiance Hospital to prepare fresh salads, vegetables, and entrees for the cookline. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and ensure patient, visitor, and staff meal satisfaction in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include prep, plating, and adhering to health and safety guidelines while supporting a collaborative kitchen team. Flexible shifts and opportunity for growth are offered.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

• Prepare salad items, dressings, relishes, and other items according to production lists.
• Prepare entrees, vegetables, breads, and desserts for the cookline.
• Follow company recipes and guidelines to prepare all food items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures.
