Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen activities.
• Coordinate timing of orders and production schedules with the Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, entrees, catering trays, and soups for hot and cold cases.
• Occasionally perform counter work during busy periods.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products.
• Train new kitchen workers and assistants.
• Maintain health and safety sanitation standards.
