Job summary

Zax LLC is hiring for a back-of-house position at our Pinecrest, NC location. You will assist with prepping, cooking, and assembling orders, stocking inventory, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Flexibility in shift length is available to accommodate part-time or full-time schedules. The role requires basic communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle food safely

Responsibilities

• Complete training requirements and hands-on stations training
• Prepare menu items according to standards and in a sanitary manner
• Receive, stock, and inventory; maintain clean work areas
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and assist with guest service and front of house operations
• Maintain product levels and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Assist with storage management and general duties as assigned
