Job summary

Zaxbys in Charlotte, NC is expanding its back-of-house team. You will receive and stock inventory, prepare, cook and assemble orders, keep the kitchen clean, and follow safety standards to deliver quality meals.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Capability requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safe operation of restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and assemble menu items according to company standards.
• Receive, stock and manage inventory for the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow food safety guidelines.
• Assist with guest service and front-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and represent the Zaxbys brand enthusiastically.
