Mount Prospect Academy in Plymouth, NH is seeking a Culinary Support Para-Educator to directly impact at-risk students by preparing and serving meals in a safe, therapeutic environment. You will support menus, assist in kitchen operations, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met across campus kitchens.

The role requires 1+ years cooking for large groups (or 2+ years in commercial/institutional settings), willingness to travel between campus kitchens, and the ability to stand for long

Qualifications

• 1+ years cooking for large groups.
• 2+ years commercial/institutional cooking with substitutions possible.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of meals for students and faculty.
• Prepare meals in residential facilities for up to 45 youth and 20 staff per shift.
• Ensure menus comply with NH health and education guidelines.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in kitchens.
• Stock supplies and monitor inventory across campuses.
• Collaborate with campus kitchens to provide meals as needed.
