The Wisconsin Union is seeking a Culinary Support Manager to play a leadership role in the daily management and smooth operation of our high-volume production kitchen located in the Memorial Union. Reporting to the Associate Executive Chef, this position will manage and develop kitchen staff, coordinate daily food production, order and receive product, plan menus, and ensure we consistently deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality culinary products. Work Schedule and Location:
This position is scheduled to work our kitchen AM shift; Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2 PM, with a rotating Saturday shift. This position will also occasionally work on Sundays as needed. Special Event Weekends such as Football Weekends, Homecoming, Labor Day and Commencement are part of the schedule. Start times and schedule may vary based on business needs.

The expected starting salary is $57,500 / Annually
