Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Culinary Supervisor at SOUTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY - 54666010. This full-time position offers varying shifts and open availability preferred.

You’ll oversee on-site food operations and coordinate service staff to support fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and casual dining. Responsibilities include managing daily functions, ensuring safety, and training staff while working to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts.
