Overview

The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing the Kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items, and proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards.

The Culinary Supervisor shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. They will exemplify the La Cantera Resort & Spa Culture and promote La Cantera Resort & Spa as both a Destination and Employer of Choice!



Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • College degree in culinary/hospitality preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar hotel or restaurant settings
  • Experience working across all kitchen stations
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • At least one year of food & beverage experience preferred
