Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is hiring a part-time Culinary Supervisor for North Alabama Medical Center. Lead the hospital food service team, ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered on time, and provide friendly customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee dining operations, uphold health and safety policies, and support management to keep the department efficient. Evening, day, and night shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, kitchen, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Location: North Alabama Medical Center Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: Rotating Shift (United States of America)

Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team at a hospital. Ensure patient meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Culinary Supervisor Wage: $16/hour

Part‑time position available

Day/Evening/Night shifts available

Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Location: North Alabama Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors

• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
