HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a Culinary Retail Supervisor at Bon Secours Youngstown St Elizabeth Health Center. The role supports the culinary director to lead the hospital food and nutrition team and to ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating patient meals with dietary needs, delivering excellent customer service to patients and staff, and upholding health and safety standards.

Formación

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in kitchen/foodservice settings.

Location: Bon Secours Youngstown St Elizabeth Health Center Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 20.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: Based on facility’s needs (United States of America)

Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team at a hospital. Ensure patient meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Culinary Retail Supervisor Wage: $20/hour Full-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Location: Bon Secours Youngstown St Elizabeth Health Center

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
